Tori Peck
Hey, beautiful! I’m Tori Peck.
I was born and raised in Encinitas and am happy to be currently serving the Solana Beach community! How did I get here? My mom was a hairdresser before having kids, and it just so happens that my younger sister and I continued in the beauty industry as well. You could say that it's in my blood!
I’ve been doing hair professionally since 2017, and I genuinely believe I have the most incredible job in the world. I specialize in blonding services, color corrections, and precision cutting. At least twice a year I take time to attend a new class or seminar because I believe in continuously investing in education to uplevel my ability to provide you with the best services possible.
My true passion behind what I do? Easy. Making my clients feel comfortable and heard in the time they spend with me. Of course, I love making them feel stunning, but mostly, I love listening to them. Want to switch things up from your usual? Let’s do it! Want to have a deep and meaningful chat while your color processes? I’m there! I enjoy building real friendships with the beautiful women in my chair and consider it an honor to be a positive part of their day.
My Hobbies: When I’m not at the salon I’m probably taking a weekend getaway somewhere new with my wonderful husband. We love to travel as often as possible, so I’m a pro at keeping vacation hair healthy ;)
Fun Fact: I’m half Italian and love getting in touch with my roots (pun intended), so throughout my week I’m either trying to improve a new pasta dish or sharing a glass of wine with a girlfriend.

Baylee Macouzet
Hello Friends,
I’m Baylee Macouzet. I was born and raised in San Diego, and since kindergarten I told people I was gonna be a hair dresser when I grew up. I’ve always known that the beauty industry was for me. Why? I wanted to find a career I loved. Since I could remember, I was constantly trying to pamper those around me: my babysitter, friends, and family members, doing their hair and makeup. No, my work wasn’t cute back then, but I think I've mastered it now, and I couldn't be happier about where I am today.
When it comes to my work, I’m a perfectionist. I want my clients to be happy with every highlight… literally every single one. I always pay close attention to detail to ensure my work is truly excellent, and of course, LOVED by my clients. That’s why I have an ‘honest policy’ in my chair which I like to call having an ‘open chair.’ I tell every client of mine: “If there is something you don’t like on yourself, tell me. I won’t get offended.” My clients mean the world to me, and making sure they love how they look and feel is a priority.
I am passionate about connecting with my clients, having deep conversations with them, and experiencing so many different and beautiful perspectives on life through the people in my chair.
The biggest reason I love what I do is getting to make people shine beautifully within. I’m a firm believer that when you look good, you feel good, and getting to play a part in people’s journey to feeling their best is an honor.
My Hobbies: When I’m not at work, I’m with my friends and family or at the beach. I have very bad FOMO so sitting at home alone is something I avoid most of the time.
Fun Fact: I always thought it would be fun to bartend, which I never followed through with, so on the weekends I like to mix new cocktail recipes and find new tasty ones. My favorite to drink so far is a pineapple coconut margarita.
