Since 2017, Tori has been specializing in lived-in color, customizing extension transformations, and giving you the haircut of your dreams. Her main goal is to make her clients feel comfortable, confident, and truly heard.

She loves to laugh and have fun, making her guests feel like they have been friends for years.

When she is not at the salon, you’ll find her traveling with her husband, sipping on a glass of red wine with a girlfriend, or snuggling on the couch with her fur babies, Walle & Dolly.

Her chair is always open to new guests, and she looks forward to meeting you soon!

Founder & Stylist

Born & raised in San Diego, Baylee always knew she wanted to be a hairstylist! Since 2016, Baylee has honed her craft, focusing on extension transformations, beautiful balayages, and killer bob haircuts.

When it comes to her work, she is a total perfectionist. She wants her clients to be happy with every highlight… literally every single one. Her clients mean the world to her, and making sure they love how they look and feel is a priority.

She is a firm believer that when you look good, you feel good, and getting to play a part in people’s journey to feeling their best is an honor.

When she’s not at work, she’s hanging with her family and beautiful baby boy. You’ll probably find them at the beach or a local coffee shop, occasionally on an island somewhere!

She can’t wait to meet you and make your hair dreams come true!

Stylist

Julianna has been in the industry for 8 years now, and if you are looking for a stylist specializing in low-maintenance color and a gorgeous cut, she’s your girl! She loves to take her time and pamper her clients, making the salon experience relaxing all the way through.

When she’s not at work, you can find her spending QT with her boyfriend, gabbing at a girl dinner with her sisters and friends, or laying out in the sun somewhere!

Stylist

Tatum has been slaying the blonde game since 2022! She loves a good highlight, whether that’s brightening her blondies or blending those pesky grey hairs, blondes are her game! Her passion is creating a natural and seamless look that is tailored to each client.

She believes being a hairstylist is more than just the end result- it’s about the experience. She loves connecting with clients and bringing their vision to life in a way that makes them feel confident and beautiful!

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her at the beach, at happy hour with friends, or traveling to a new place!

Assistant Stylist

Bryn is our assistant stylist, mostly working with Tori, but occasionally she’ll step in to assist the other Salon West girls, too!

Her move from her hometown in Utah was a big jump for her at the beginning of 2025, but she is committed to perfecting her craft by taking a hands-on approach to fine-tuning her already amazing skills.

Bryn keeps the salon and our guests up to date on the latest TikTok trends, what’s new in the pop culture world, and she gives a phenomenal scalp massage!
